Coalescence dehydration oil filtration machine is a kind of high-efficiency oil purifier to solve the problem of excessive water content in various oils. The oil purifier adopts the dehydration technology of "coalescence separation", the water removal effect can reach below 100ppm, and the impurity removal effect can reach NAS6 level. The coalescing dehydration oil purifier has a total of five-stage filtration systems.
Oil suction filter, the coarse filter at the suction port protects the oil pump and prolongs the service life of the main filter.
A second stage pre-filter is located upstream of the coalescer. It can not only prolong the life of the coalescer, but also reduce the content of particles in the filtered liquid.
The third stage coalescing filter causes the water in the oil to condense and sink.
The fourth-stage separation filter further blocks the tiny water droplets in the oil to achieve high-efficiency separation.
The filter medium of the fifth-stage fine filter adopts the filter material with high precision and large dirt holding capacity, which can purify the oil safely and efficiently.
Working principle of coalescing dehydration oil filtration machine
Different liquids have different surface tensions, and when the liquid flows through the small holes, the smaller the surface tension, the faster the passing rate, which is the working principle of the coalescing dewatering oil filter. When different mixed liquids flow into the separator, they first enter the coalescing filter element. The coalescing filter element has multiple layers of filter media, and its pore size increases layer by layer. Due to the difference in surface tension, the oil passes through the filter layer quickly, while the water is much slower; and because the coalescing filter element is made of hydrophilic materials, tiny water droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer, causing the water droplets to coalesce. Under the action of kinetic energy, small droplets compete to pass through the openings, gradually converge into large droplets, and settle under the action of gravity to separate from the oil. After the oil passes through the coalescing filter element, there are still small water droplets. Under the action of inertia, move forward to the separation filter element. The separation filter element is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the separation filter element, the water droplets are blocked outside the separation filter element, while the oil passes through the separation filter element and is discharged from the outlet.

How coalescing dehydration oil filtration machine works
The oil first filters out the particles in the oil from the primary filter, and then enters the coalescing separator. The oil passes through the four processes of filtration, coalescence, and sedimentation to realize the function of removing water, and finally outputs the purified oil. The water settled in the sump is drained through the drain valve on the sump. At the same time, according to the oil quality, the oil can be selected directly through the filter to filter out the particulate pollutants in the oil, and the purified oil can be output.
Particle Filtration System:
Using high-efficiency filter material as the filter medium, it has a large filter area, which can effectively filter out extremely fine particles and impurities, so that the oil can reach a high degree of cleanliness.
Coalescing System:
The coalescing system is composed of a set of coalescing filter elements. The coalescing filter element adopts a unique polar molecular structure. After passing through the filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets, and then rely on gravity. Settled into the water storage tank under the action.
Separation system:
The separation filter element of the separation system is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesce with each other until they settle into the water storage tank due to the action of gravity.
Drainage system:
The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, the valve is opened to discharge the water until it drops to the lower liquid level, and the valve is closed to stop the drainage.
