Use and maintenance of movable oil filtration cart
1. The movable oil filtration cart cannot be reversed for a long time when it is started, and can work normally only after the steering is confirmed;
2. After the oil filter truck is used for a period of time, the oil pump noise increases due to the blockage of the coarse filter element, and the coarse filter should be replaced in time;
3. After the fine filter element is used for a period of time, when the pressure is as high as 0.4Mpa due to the blockage of pollutants, it should be stopped to clean or replace the fine filter element.
Lightweight movable oil filtration cart operation precautions
1. In order to ensure the normal working ability and normal use of the oil filter truck equipment, the inner diameter of the user's self-distributed oil pipe should meet the indicated interface size, and pay attention to the oil height difference during work <500 mm;
2. The oil filter truck has been equipped with 2 inlet and outlet oil pipes, each of 2 meters. If you need longer oil pipes, please explain your needs to us;
3. In order to avoid secondary pollution of the oil when cleaning or replacing the filter element, both series of oil filters are equipped with a drain valve. Please drain all the oil before cleaning or replacing.
