Work process

The hydraulic oil containing impurities is sucked into the machine through the inlet, and the larger impurities are intercepted by the coarse filter installed at the oil inlet. The oil enters the precision filter element through the pump, and flows out from the oil outlet after being filtered. The impurities in the oil are filtered by the oil filter and become cleaner hydraulic oil.

How to operate portable oil filtration machine

1. Place the machine on a relatively flat ground or in a car box, carefully check whether the whole machine is loose, and pay special attention to the connection between the motor and the oil pump must be fastened.
2. Connect the power supply correctly, start the oil pump and check whether the rotation direction is correct, otherwise, change the phase sequence of the power supply.
3. Connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes and tighten them. Remind the user that the oil outlet pipe and oil outlet must be fastened. Otherwise, as the pressure increases, the oil outlet pipe will be washed away, adding unnecessary trouble.
4. After fixing the oil inlet and outlet pipes, start the motor button, the oil pump starts to work normally, and the oil filtered out through the third stage is the purified oil.
5. When one barrel (box) of oil needs to be pumped out and another barrel (box) of oil needs to be pumped, it needs to act quickly to avoid the oil pump idling for a long time.

Points that might help

1. The machine mainly adopts the mechanical filtration method, and gradually reduces the density of the filter screen to achieve the purpose of improving the filtration precision. It can be seen that during the working process of the equipment, it is easy to be blocked by impurities during the first-stage filtration, and the oil intake is less than the oil output at this time.
Treatment method: Remove the upper cover of the first-stage filter, take out the filter screen, and clean it with the same type of cleaning oil, and then the work can be restored.
2. If the lift is too high during the refueling process, the temperature of the motor will rise rapidly and the noise of the oil pump will increase.

3. The noise of the oil pump increases abnormally:
Treatment methods: (1), check whether the connecting shaft of the oil pump is concentric; (2), whether the fastening screw is loose or dropped. The above phenomena can be ruled out after recovery.
