Preparations before start-up:

1. Open the electrical box and check whether all electrical components are in good condition.

3. Check whether the bolts of various parts of the machine are loose, and check whether the oil level of the vacuum pump of the oil filtration machine reaches the oil mark line.
4. Close the cooler drain valve and all drain valves.

6. Check that the oil inlet and outlet valves of the oil purifier are in the closed position.

Steps of start the vacuum oil filtration machine:

1. Open the electrical box door and close the power switch.

Precautions during operation

5. If the oil intake is found to be reduced, check the coarse filter immediately. If the filter screen of the coarse filter is blocked, it must be stopped for cleaning.

How to stop a vacuum oil filtration machine

1. Stop the heating system.
