The sucking type self-cleaning filter uses the filter screen to directly intercept the impurities in the water, remove the suspended solids and particles in the water, reduce the turbidity, purify the water quality, reduce the generation of system fouling, algae, rust, etc., so as to purify the water quality and protect the normal operation of other equipment in the system The water enters the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet, and the suction self-cleaning device is driven by an external two-way motor to rotate in a spiral manner, and the impurities accumulated on the surface of the filter screen are sucked and discharged through the drain valve. Due to the intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition, and send the sewage valve signal to automatically discharge the sewage.

Working principle of sucking horizontal self-cleaning filter

Dirty water enters from the filter inlet, first through the coarse filter to filter out larger particles of impurities, and then to the fine filter. During the filtration process, the fine filter gradually accumulates dirt and impurities in the water to form a filter impurity layer. Since the impurity layer accumulates on the inner side of the fine filter, a pressure difference is formed between the inner and outer sides of the fine filter. When the pressure difference of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value, a switch signal will be transmitted to the control box PLC system to start a cleaning cycle. Cleaning process: The cleaning mechanism of the fully automatic negative pressure suction filter is a stainless steel sucking scanner that moves up and down in a spiral. It is a hollow structure with several suctions vertically distributed at a certain distance on its axis. The inside of the suction scanner is communicated with the 3" blowdown valve. When the blowdown valve is opened, the pressure difference formed between the water pressure inside the filter and the external atmospheric pressure makes each suction nozzle generate strong suction. When the water flows from the outside of the filter screen to the inside at a high speed, the impurities attached to the inner wall of the filter screen will be washed down and entered into the suction nozzle, through the hollow shaft of the suction scanner, and then discharged through the sewage valve. It takes about 30-60S to complete the entire cleaning process. The pressure difference returns to normal, a cleaning process ends, and the filter state is entered. During the cleaning process, the system flows continuously.

Working principle of horizontal self-cleaning water filter

The water to be treated enters the body from the water inlet, and the impurities in the water are deposited on the stainless steel filter screen, thereby generating a pressure difference. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is monitored by the differential pressure switch. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electric controller sends a signal to the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor, which triggers the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleans the filter screen, and controls the valve at the same time. Open for sewage discharge, the entire cleaning process only lasts for tens of seconds. When the cleaning is over, close the control valve, the motor stops rotating, the system returns to its initial state, and begins to enter the next filtration process. After the equipment is installed, the technicians will debug, set the filtration time and cleaning conversion time, the water to be treated enters the body from the water inlet, and the filter starts to work normally. When the preset cleaning time is reached, the electric controller will supply the hydraulic control valve. , Drive the motor signal to trigger the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleans the filter element, and at the same time the control valve is opened to discharge the sewage. The entire cleaning process only lasts for tens of seconds. The system returns to its original state and begins to enter the next filtering process.

Installation of horizontal self-cleaning water filter

The horizontal self-cleaning water filter should be installed close to the maintenance system, but the filter inlet is a very difficult problem when flushing the pressure, so the horizontal self-cleaning filter should also be installed in the direction close to the pressure source.
1. When it is confirmed that the lower filter of the system with a pressure not greater than 0.2Mpa is backwashed.
2. Ensure that the diameter of the working pressure source is the same as that of the inlet of the horizontal self-cleaning filter.
3. When the filter needs to be maintained and the water supply company cannot use it uninterruptedly, a valve should be installed at the inlet and outlet of the filter, and a bypass valve should be installed between the inlet and outlet.
4. Install a check valve at the outlet of the horizontal self-cleaning filter where there is a problem and cannot be returned.
