The multi-core backwashing self-cleaning water filter consists of a shell, multiple filter elements, a backwashing mechanism, an electric control box, a reducer, an electric valve and a differential pressure controller. The diaphragm in the shell divides its inner cavity into upper and lower cavities. The upper cavity is equipped with multiple filter elements, which makes full use of the filter space and significantly reduces the volume of the filter. The lower cavity is equipped with backwashing sucker. When working, the turbid liquid enters the lower cavity of the filter through the inlet, and enters the inner cavity of the filter element through the baffle hole. The impurities larger than the gap of the filter element are retained, and the clean liquid passes through the pores to reach the upper cavity, and finally is sent out from the outlet.

How Backwash Water Filters Work
The water filter core adopts high-strength Johnson
wedge-shaped filter screen, which automatically cleans the filter element through differential pressure control and timing control. When the impurities in the filter accumulate on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet increases to the set value, or when the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the backwashing mechanism. When the mouth of the backwash suction cup and the inlet of the filter element are directly opposite, the drain valve is opened, and the system is depressurized and drained, and a negative pressure area with a relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element appears on the inside of the suction cup and the filter element, forcing part of the net circulating water to flow from the outside of the filter element. Flow into the inner side of the filter element, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element flow into the pan with the water and are discharged from the drain valve. The specially designed Johnson mesh creates a jet effect inside the filter element, any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer set time expires, the motor stops running and the electric drain valve closes. During the operation of the backwash filter, the system does not interrupt the water supply, and the backwash action consumes less water.

Control method of automatic backwash water filter

1. Timing mode under automatic control state. The filtration time is set on the filtration time timer. When the working time of the filter reaches the predetermined value, the cleaning and sewage mode will be activated. The inside of the filter element stops entering water, and under the action of pressure, the water enters from the outside to the inside, and the internal impurity particles are discharged out of the machine through the connecting arm. The sewage time of the equipment is controlled by a timer. After the sewage time reaches the preset value, the water The filter stops sewage discharge and continues to play a filtering role.
2. Differential pressure mode in automatic control state. The automatic backflushing self-cleaning water filter is equipped with a differential pressure controller. When the differential pressure of the filter reaches the set value, the filter enters the cleaning and sewage mode. The cleaning process is the same as the timing mode.
3. Manual control. This control method of the backwash water filter is rarely used, and it is the best method for system debugging, system working status detection, system troubleshooting and on-demand cleaning and sewage discharge. You just need to turn on the manual control switch on the control panel and do the cleaning and sewage work.

1. What to pay attention to when using a water filter
1. You need to ensure that the specifications of the filter should match the installation pipeline. When the filter flow cannot meet the pipeline requirements, two (or more) filters can be installed in parallel, or the filter can be installed in the bypass. .
2. The filter should be installed as far as possible in the place to be protected by the system. The low pressure of the inlet will affect the use, so it should also be installed in the place close to the pressure source.
3. The filter should be installed in series in the pipeline system. In order to ensure the uninterrupted water supply of the system when the system is shut down for maintenance, it is recommended to set up a bypass in the system, and the inlet and outlet of the filter and the bypass should be equipped with a ball valve for cutting off. Where backflow is possible, a check valve should be installed at the filter outlet.
4. When selecting models, pay attention that the temperature of the water flowing through the automatic self-cleaning filter does not exceed its adaptable temperature.
5. The installation site has three-phase 380V power frequency alternating current (three-phase four-wire system). The sewage pipe should not exceed 5 meters to avoid back pressure.
6. Pay attention to filtration accuracy, pretreatment, and pressure in the DC system, and use the timing control type with caution in the intermittent system.
