What should you pay attention to when using an oil purifier
1. All parts of the oil filtration machine have been adjusted and tested before leaving the factory. When they are transported to the site of use, they must be checked whether they are in good condition.
2. The oil filtration machine is placed smoothly, the oil inlet is connected to the oil discharge port at the lower part of the oil tank, and the oil outlet is connected to the upper part of the oil tank.
3. After long-distance transportation, it is necessary to re-tighten the connection parts of various components, such as connecting flanges, filter cover plates, etc.
4. The external wiring of the control panel is shown in the electrical wiring diagram. Connect the 380V three-phase four-wire AC power from the lower left side of the electric control cabinet. The shell of the control panel should be reliably grounded, and the oil purifier should be connected to the power supply and ground wire.
5. Turn on the main power switch and check whether the power indicator is on. If it does not light up, check and troubleshoot according to the circuit diagram
